We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@sanoberazfar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
